Exchange Policy
- To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice must be presented.
- The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
- Returns are allowed within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Promotional offers linked to the returned item can be refunded if the item is in its original condition, or the value of the offer will be deducted.
- Purchases paid with gift vouchers, credit cards, or through installment services cannot be refunded in cash.
- Refunds for amounts collected for other companies are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider. The customer must present the payment receipt along with the invoice to process a refund, provided the service provider’s terms and conditions allow it.
- The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt, and the stamped purchase invoice received with the shipment must be provided.
- You can return or exchange the product at the nearest Al Madina Opticals branch.
Return Policy
Products can be returned within one day from the date of receipt, and exchanges can be made within 3 days, if:
- The wrong product was sent by Al Madina Opticals.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product has been tampered with.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that if the order is canceled after its status has been changed to "In Progress" or "Preparing the Order", only the product value will be refunded.
