1.     Return Right (Within 7 Days)

Customers have the right to return products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

·        The product is unused

·        In its original condition

·        With original packaging and invoice

2.     Eligible Return & Exchange Cases

Customers are entitled to return or exchange products in the following cases:

·        Manufacturing defects

·        Incorrect product delivered

·        Product damaged during shipping

In these cases, Almadina Optical bears all associated costs.

3.     Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Contact lenses of all types
• Products that have been used or opened
• Products that have lost their original condition

4.    Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Subject to availability of the replacement item
• The product is unused
• In its original condition
• With original packaging and invoice

5.    Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method
• Refund period: Up to 14 working days after receiving the product in its original condition from the customer through the agreed delivery methods.
• Refunds are issued after product inspection and approval

6.    Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to a defect or store error: the company covers shipping costs.
• If the return is due to customer preference: the customer bears shipping costs.

7.     Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any charges
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, only the product value will be refunded after deducting shipping fees (if applicable)
